Choose your plant package for the backyard

Are you going to hold a garden day in your backyard in Copenhagen? Then you can get a complete plant package with everything you need to make the yard a little greener.

We have selected a number of plants that can thrive in an urban environment in Copenhagen and of course made sure that you get both instructions on how to plant them, but also instructions on how to keep your plants alive.

All you have to do is choose the size of your backyard and what lighting conditions you have where the plants will be, and then we will make sure to put together a package of seasonal plants for you.

The plant packages will always be put together based on what best suits the season and the environment of where they will be placed, and it is therefore not possible to request specific plants. The majority of the plants are perennials and therefore comes back every year. All plant packages contain 8-12 different types of plants which, as they grow, will vary in height, so you will get both some tall and short plants. If you receive the plants during spring, they will be early in their development and you will only see the result of them in full bloom later in the growing season. In the attached planting instructions, you will get good advice on how many you can plant together in pots and beds.

We send the plant package directly to your address on the day you need it, and from here it's just a matter of putting all available hands to work replanting and following the planting instructions on the day. All plants are chosen based on a principle of minimum care, but all plants still require a little love every now and then. In order for your plants to last as well and as long as possible, follow the attached care guide, which tells you how best to take care of your plants in the future.

SMALL BACKYARD - 50-70 plants

The plants can be planted directly in beds of a total of 20-22 m2 for optimal growth or in pots divided into indicative sizes: 25 medium and 20 larger pots. Remember that pot sizes are only indicative, the most important thing is to give the plants plenty of room to develop their root network and that there are drainage holes at the bottom of the pots.

The plant package includes 6 bags of potting soil of 50 liters and 3 bags of leca of 10 litres. This is just a guide, so remember to order extra soil or leca for your order here if you suspect you will run out.

The package is delivered to your address with plants and soil for planting.

MEDIUM BACKYARD  - 80-100 plants

The plants can be planted directly in beds of a total of 30-35 m2 for optimal growth or in pots divided into indicative sizes: 30 medium and 30 larger pots. Remember that pot sizes are only indicative, the most important thing is to give the plants plenty of room to develop their root network and that there are drainage holes at the bottom of the pots.

The plant package includes 10 bags of potting soil of 50 liters and 6 bags of leca of 10 liters. This is just a guide, so remember to order extra soil or leca for your order here if you suspect you will run out.

The package is delivered to your address with plants and soil for planting.

LARGE NACKYARD - 120-140 plants

The plants can be planted directly in beds of a total of 45-50 m2 for optimal growth or in pots divided into indicative sizes: 45 medium and 45 larger pots. Remember that pot sizes are only indicative, the most important thing is to give the plants plenty of room to develop their root network and that there are drainage holes at the bottom of the pots.

The plant package includes 14 bags of potting soil of 50 liters and 9 bags of leca of 10 liters. This is just a guide, so remember to order extra soil or leca for your order here if you suspect you will run out.

The package is delivered to your address with plants and soil for planting.

If you want to add berry bushes or plants to a raised bed that will be a wild, aromatic garden or perhaps a herb bed for barbecue evenings in the yard, you can buy it here .

As many already have raised beds and old pots standing, which you have collected over the years, pots and raised beds are not included in the plant package. We will always encourage you to reuse what you already have. If you still need a few pots or raised bed frames, you can buy them here and we will send them along, together with the plants, without extra shipping costs.

Remember that our instructions for jars and space are only a recommendation.

Medium jars correspond to Ø25 or larger

Large jars correspond to Ø31 or larger
